I bought their software in 2014. It was faulty and did not do what it was supposed to do (error-messages on the screen).
When I contacted their support, they wanted to charge me £30 for EVERY fault.
Their software is Microsoft-style-faulty!!!
By the laws of Britain and Europe, I was well within my rights to demand free-of-charge-repair of that piece of (expletive-) software.
The only way forward with such a narcissistic bunch of (expletive) people is sewing them via the small-claims-court and perhaps via Trading-standards.
