“Bali Holiday Booking”

Teena at Carlton did an excellent job in coordinating the booking for 15 of us individually. She was very responsive, proactive and took the ownership to resolve all the issues and queries from our group. One of the member wanted a different itinerary, however the flights were not available. Teena kept on checking the flights at home and booked it at 4am. After the booking our flights increased in price by £100 next day. I don't have experience with any other Agents at Carlton so can't comment.
