He came out of his way (to Essex) to help after I got a rear puncture on my SV650 and none of the local shops had stock. Turns out I had cracked the wheel too due to a pot hole :( He could have charged me for the call out and fitted a new tyre and I would have been none the wiser! After closer inspection he advised against the new tyre and suggested I get a new rear wheel, then to call him back for fitment. Totally genuine, I will call him back to fit the wheel and tyre in near future. I couldn't find anyone local, well worth giving a call if you're stuck 07538221234
