“THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH....AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE”

Beyond terrible.

I spent circa 200 pounds on a natural hair wig and paid promptly on the 18th of January,

They said it takes 7-10 business days to make the wig and 1-3 business days for delivery. They are meant to IMMEDIATELY provide a tracking number once the item has been sent.

It is the 16th of FEBRUARY and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE WIG.

No info was given for the lateness, I had to chase them up.

First the said it was in quality check...that lasted 4 DAYS?...I dont think so.

Then I demanded they send the wig out and my money back....they said the wig had already been sent out but they for some mystical reason...could not provide me with a tracking number.

I AM NOT DUMB...they are obviously LYING.

I have been asking for a tracking number but getting utter radio silence even though they are supposed to respond to enquiries WITHIN 12 HOURS.

I have NEVER been so angry in my life with such SHODDY LOW-RENT SECOND RATE ABYSMAL service.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE DEGENERATES.

And to top it all off, they keep trying to avoid acknowledging that they owe me compensation for this rubbish. NEVER MIND that I am 200 pounds out of pocket AND NO WIG.


LITERALLY avoid them like the plague. WISH i could post this on a banner on their flippin homepage... USELESS INCOMPETENTS
