“ Low level careless product”

I used Forever florist indonesia and the products delivered were low grade. The balloon had burst, the teddy bear was 10 cm high. Against the display on the web site it looked much bigger. There was no note attached and it all arrived in an untidy haphazard pile. The roses were `ok.

Really disappointed and I am currently trying to get at least a partial refund, I ordered the premie package.
I would say it was unclear what difference there was between the various levels.

Never ever again
