I order and paid for items on the website - received an email a few days later informing me that my order was discontinued and that I would be receiving a refund in 3-7 working days. A further email said that they couldn't understand how I had managed to order the items - at this point the items were still for sale on the website!
The reason, I was told, was that there was a problem with the computer system and the items I had ordered had been out of stock for 6 weeks!
Not much of an apology and doesn't spark confidence when the computerised system doesn't work. Personally speaking if you are thinking of ordering phone them first and check that they actually sell the items they are advertising!
