I set up a policy with this company and was asked to provide proof of my no claims. I provided this information 4 days prior to their 'cut off date'. The company claims that they never received my proof of no claims however I have the evidence in my sent mail (from 2 different email addresses). They cancelled my policy despite me explaining to them I could send screen shots proving I had sent them. I also have an automated email acknowledging my email, whick I was able to read to them over the phone. After being on the phone for almost 30 minutes I asked to speak to the complaints department which I was told they did not have. I then asked to speak to a manager who surprisingly was not available. They wanted me to set up a new policy at almost twice the price for an error caused through no fault of my own. I have now lost out on money as I have been unable to get to work for the past 2 days whilst the company have been 'waiting for their system to update, to resolve the situation' I now also have to find another company with a reasonable insurance quote. This is frustrating knowing I paid this company a deposit less than a few weeks ago which is now money I no longer have. Would not recommend!!!!!
