WRITE A REVIEW

“where are all these negative reviews coming from???”

so, i have been researching reviews for a couple of online stores now, (looked up zaful.com tonight). the reviews have been horrible for most of these online stores, which has caused me much hesitation in ordering from somewhere new. then i thought to myself, why not check on the reviews of an online store that i have ordered from MANY MANY times, which is ASOS.com...so i now see these horrendous reviews for a place that i would truly give a 9 out 10 based on my experience, which dates back at least FOUR years! i have NEVER had an issue with returns, (in which i have done many), as a matter of fact, i just returned four items last month and was notified within 10 days that the FULL amount was refunded to my card. so all that to say, that sure, i have ordered some things from them that i did not love the fit, or how they looked in person, but overall, asos.com has been fabulous! i always shop from the 70% off section and if i have done a return, it has never been because of the quality and all of my returns have been w/out any hassle. ALL this to say that, i believe a majority of these "bad" and/or "horrible reviews" are fake, which probably means the same for the other sites that i am curious about trying! hope i have helped anyone who wants to order from asos:)
