“they will rip you off”

last year,after a weeks van hire,i found £50 taken off my credit card for no reason,approx 15/20 phone calls later and hours of my time,i was finally refunded a month later with no explanation why. check your credit card. Like a fool I hired a van last week,given a van I had to clean myself,rushed through prehire check. I brought it back and they said the tyre had a split in it,you would need a magnifying glass to see it,they maintain you have to go on your hands and knees to check it all,if you don't take extra insurance they will rip you off. DO NOT USE THEM
