Ordered some pillows through A Wowcher code (which was a new experience) as you have to get a code from Wowcher and then go to the company's website whose product it is and order putting in a code. Firstly the code wasn't accepted, several times, but then for some reason when 'voucher code' was displayed before the Wowcher code, it accepted the code - I wouldn't have dreamed of putting that in before, who would. Then just when I thought I was getting somewhere, it wouldn't accept my payment. Having phoned the company and the receptionist asked if I could hold - 'no, I wouldn't because it's 10p per minute' she suggested she called me back. After three times she called, eventually she said they had managed to take the payment and that there was a problem with the Wowcher codes - I reminded her that the problem wasn't with the codes then, but with taking my payment. Then, would you believe, was delivered to my home address when I specifically wanted it delivered to my work address.
