I returned a chair to the Leeds store and was helped get the damaged chair out of my car and into the returns department by a very helpful young man. However, when I got my replacement from the warehouse I was told that they could not help me take the chair out of the packaging in case they damaged the chair and they couldn't help me take it out to my car and put it into my car as again, they might damage it. How ridiculous is this - what would they do if a disabled person turned up asking for help? If I hadn't been getting a replacement I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere!
