“Excellent service Tesco Arena Coventry”

I arrived on time and was greeted straight away by both members of staff. I was taken through for some tests before the main eye exam with the optician. This was done very quickly and professionally. The member of staff was very proficient in what she was doing and explained everything to me clearly. The same applies for the optician.

When we had finished I was given a copy of my prescription and was told that the test was free and to choose my glasses at my leisure. Brilliant service with no pressure for a sale. Because the prices with lenses are such a bargain I ordered them there and then which will be ready in 2 days !

Great service and staff will definitely be using this service again and recommending to my friends and family
