“Excellent Sleep aid”

Night nurse capsules are awesome (I'm 50 and British, so rarely use this expression).

If you suffer from grogginess in the morning (as I did) switch to a single capsule (half the dose) and they work a treat.

I've even used them whilst sharing a room on holiday with a friend that snores really badly - had an excellent nights sleep and woke up completely refreshed. Unfortunately I only had 4 in my wash bag so the last three nights were a bit trying.

If they slapped in a bit of aspirin and metformin it would probably become a wonder drug.
