“Did not call security”

Had a disruptive woman on our plane. I got moved from my seat. The woman tried to start a fight with another woman. Then they let her off the same time as the people she was trying to start a fight. This woman was cursing and loud. I had paid extra to upgrade my seat. They did not call security and we left the plane afraid we were going to be attacked. There customer service was a email saying there staff tries there best. Garbage, they just didn't want to have a report filed. Do not fly with them. I will pay more to fly another airline! Did not even offer to refund me my seat upgrade cost!
