“Terrible!”

Flight home delayed on tarmac 2hrs. Connecting flight home canceled, lost luggage. Told luggage was in airport could take 4 hours to find. Refused to send bags when found to hotel. Could not get a flight home for two days. Returned to airport next day to get bags, they were sent ahead. Arrived two days later in White Plains NY, woman behind the counter refused to help me find my bag. She was too busy. AA employee's were rude, discourteous not the least bit interested in help.
