“Teleflora Flowers / Florist”

Very disappointed in flowers that were delivered to my Aunt who turned 100 today. I ordered Zen like flowers with a pretty low green dish, it had purple flowers, small greenish white flowers, tall bamboo, and green palms as accents.

What they sent wasn't anything like it. I understand they say " in the event your selection is unavailable, a substitute of comparable quality and value will be delivered". However, the container looked like a box wrapped in green tulle, no bamboo, white flowers, looked like greenish hydrangea, and not even a pretty green Palm to set it off.

Looked nothing like the Zen Artistry picture on the Teleflora website, or their comment "Our Zen collection focuses on the beauty of exotic flowers. Zen bouquets are appropriate for almost any setting or occasion".

The Tefeflora representative was nice, he tried offering 30% off the order, but I explained this was for her 100th Birthday and I wanted my Aunt to see them daily. Then it went 50% off, and finally they are having a new one delivered to her. At first he said they would pick up other one, I said great you can see how unprofessional arrangement is displayed, looks like I did it.

So tomorrow I am hoping they deliver the perfect one.
