“Customer disservice,Linksys doesn,t care!”

Bought one over the price as the shop said they would set it up, wrong!!
Got broadband on my PC, but tablet and laptop refused to accept the router,Tried to contact Linksys, what a joke that was, initially through twitter, who then told me the router wasn't configured, and then jus t disappeared, tried again through twitter,same thing, 11 emails, yes 11 emails and a long moan on facebook got another reply, that it had been elevated to stage 2, and they would contact me, sent phone number, location,all ignored,in the meantime got the shop to come and fix it for yet another £20.00, then came an email to say they had tried to contact me but failed, nothing on my answerphone, so I presume they prefer to remain anonymous
router seems to work OK, nothing special, but the firm themselves are real stinkers, and I thought prevarication had been elevated to a new level up here on the islands, , then I met linksys
It would appear their motto is
LINKSYS CARES
WRONG,, should read LINKSYS DOESN'T CARE
