“Customer Service pathetic”

Product price was good, only missed the delivery promise by 6 days, reasonable so far. I was charged for an installation of a gas cooker. When the gas fitter arrived he wouldn't install due to a pipe needing modification so he just left. I telephoned the Very helpline asking for a refund. The operatives are obviously somewhere like India or South Africa and extremely difficult to understand. After a very frustrating phone call they said the would pass the request to accounts. Waited a week, nothing. I could go on quite a bit regarding the 4 following phone calls and 4 emails, all were answered with "we are refunding your credit card" nothing has appeared and it is now 2 months since my first request. Be warned !!! If you have a problem with any of their products you will be given the run-around.
