I will never buy kitchens from John Lewis ever again. Poor customer service. Don't be fooled by the service before you pay, once you have paid the customer service goes downhill. Before they take your 20% deposit they are helpful, respond to your calls and emails but once deposit is taken, no response to emails, I had to chase up but still no response, i finally had to call and speak with someone else to deal with it. Wasted a lot of my time. Paid a lot of money for poor customer service, not worth it, will never buy from them again.
