I have had nothing but trouble in my booking. It looks like a great deal initially and the search to find the best price is easy to use, however, I had nothing but trouble during the payment and ticket issuing stage. I attempted to pay with my credit card and was told to contact the office. I did immediately however was told to wait for an email. It took hours for someone to get back to me. After a few emails back and forth I finally was given a link to pay by credit card. I was told everything was fine and I would be emailed my ticket. In the middle of the night I received another email telling me I had to pay another $35. As this email was sent 8 hours ago I do not trust that the price hasn't got up again. When I call the office I am told I have to wait for an email from the booking team which may take hours to get. This is a slow way to communicate when time is critical to ensure the price does increase further. I have no faith in this service or that I will even receive a ticket.
