“Good car but confused service ”

We arrived at Poprad airport but could not find a Budget desk, we then called them to be told they would deliver shortly, this was done within 5 minutes, the same in return, we had to call and leave the keys in a box. We were however concerned with the 40 euro each way charge for airport Coll/delivery which was not mentioned throughout the booking process, only when we had paid and printed the voucher, be aware! All in all a good car but not as reasonably priced as expected.
