Equiniti gave me a quote of £40 over the telephone to pay me my dividends fron Friends Provident. I arranged a change of address with no problems. We agreed my money would be paid directly into my bank acount. But......

A) They did not pay the money into my account instead they sent three seperate cheques. no mention of this or why.

B) The charges which were dedecuted by them were £82.20. No explaination.

DO NOT USE EQUINITI.

I am going to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service and notify BBC Watchdog program.

There are obviously a lot of other people who have suffered similar overcharging as I have.

If we all complain to the F.O.S. and the BBC maybe something will be done.
