Was very excited to find this website and the clothes. I ordered two pairs of trousers, and then found I'd also been given a jacket as a gift that didn't fit. I had to return it to the shop in Covent Garden - I had been surprised to see the cost of it, but it was a lovely print, and I hoped there was a size to fit me in the same design. There wasn't. I looked around to see if I could exchange. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The colours and designs are lovely, but sadly, the quality is really poor for the price. When I saw the trousers I had ordered online I was so disappointed- the flimsiest 'linen' possible. I know some clothes are 'floaty', but this just seemed to be very low grade cottons - and definitely wouldn't last long. It's a shame, because for the most part you want these great prints and designs to last. I was glad I went to the shop though.
So I'd registered, and ordered from the website; goods take a long time to come, although I can log in there are no details on 'my pages' or 'my orders', when I called 'customer services' and strangely insisted that the details were there - although I was logged in and looking at it - they weren't. There could be problems with the website? No - they are there! I didn't want to argue - I won't be going back to the site, so it was fine. If you do order from the website, bear in mind that £10 cost for return goods is deducted from your refund (although you can pay the post office, but recorded delivery worked out around the same - and I just didn't want to go there). I was surprised, because I shop a lot online, and have never come across this before (then again, I rarely return goods).
In short - if you like the look of the clothes, do try and visit a shop, so you can check it's the right fit, and the quality you might expect at these prices - and in my experience the service is so much better.
