Randomly selected for an audit, asked to supply copies of all pages of v5 registration document, front and rear copies of driving license for all named drivers, given a link to gov.uk website to follow steps in obtaining deiving license information fron the dvla again for all drivers. All has to be done within 7 days or the threat of premiums being increased of cancelled.
my father is the policy holder and is 75, not computer literate and i work away from home for weeks at a time.
flexability none what so ever.
Replied with as much info as i could manage including pics of driving license only for the email to bounce back stating onbox not available.
i give up!!!
