Granted, I haven't shopped with La Redoute for years, but most of the clothes at the time of ordering, were a poor fit and so I had no other choice to return the items. I then get a letter from La Redoute (exact wording I can't remember), but something along the lines of, "You've returned a lot of items, therefore we are unable to process your recent order".
Also, the delivery driver at the time insulted me by asking if I was disabled; all because I didn't answer the door to him, when I told him via my open window to leave the parcel on the shelf.
I simply don't shop with them any more.
