Despatch took a week from date of order. Comms were very good, so I wasn't too concerned. Delivery to UK was 7 days from despatch and the item was brand new, boxed and exactly as specced.

The item price was 30% lower than the best UK price, so I was very pleased overall. I deducted 1 star for a slow despatch, but that did not cause me any problem.
