Bad Points
Do the public realise that when they buy own brand equipment such as Proline, or Goodmans, or Matsui etc, service information or spares are not available to engineers. Therefore you either have to put up with poor servce and high cost from the retailer or bin the set.
General Comments
Spares and Service information is not available outside the Comet group so if your set breaks down outside its guarantee, tough luck, either pay a fortune to Comet or bin it!
