“Vile joke of a company ”

My son's car was hit by a Diamond customer. They are rude, unhelpful, disinterested, unprofessional, constantly lie and contradict themselves. Never have we had the misfortune of dealing with such an awful company. Being all of the above must be part of the criteria for getting a job with these jokers. Even giving one star is more than they deserve
