Firstly I ordered a dress online money was taken had an e mail 2 days later to say out of stock.
Secondly when I checked my reward points said I had 194 points £10 when I went to purchase a children's dress £38 asked for points to be taken off then told card was invalid I purchase all my grand children's clothes so I know that card is valid
