Ordered items next day and Fashionworld had cocked up the delivery address so items were returned to sender. I contacted them to say no problem, just send to correct address. The guy first on the phone decided he didn't want to help and transferred me without notification so I had to start the whole conversation again. The second person then said they couldn't do that as the items had to come back in before they could refund. I said well just resend and charge again and the refund can come in later. Sorry we cant do that as items no longer in stock. what the hell? I would never order from these again as the customer service is shocking
