I'm a patient person, not given to being cross. Today however my blood is boiling. After waiting for a delayed Christmas present for my son I was told today was the day for delivery by TNT. Whilst in the garden seeing to my hens, I noticed the TNT delivery van come up my driveway, turn around and leave with me shouting and calling to him. I raced after him down the drive but he had already placed a Sorry We Missed You card in the letterbox. I contacted TNT Customer Services the first time and was cut off (I was polite but firm). The second lady was much more helpful and seemed surprised by what had happened. I am beyond fuming and I can't understand any business using this company if they want to ensure customer satisfaction.
