“Worst Airline Ever, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!”

AA is the worst airline ever, I have never had such bad experience with any other airlines, not even Spirit. In the last four months I've had four terrible experiences due to airlines fault. They lost my checked bags twice, broken items in those bags which I never got reimbursed for. Twice the flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. They ended up cancelling the flights, and left all the passengers to rebook their own flight to the final destination. On top of that, their customer service reps. read off a script, they don't understand the need of the passengers. I have over 100,000 miles with the airline and I am NEVER going to use them. I would encourage people to use Spirit rather than this airlines.
