“Flowers never arrived..... Do not use this company!”

I want to start by saying that I think the positive 'one line' reviews are indeed written by the company themselves - this would seem typical of a company that cannot respond to emails that infact all they can manage is one line perfect reviews.

I don't like being taken for a ride or feeling that I have been duped into buying something online. This delivery meant a lot to me and my family and this company has perfectly stole the moment. The status of my delivery says it is delivered - it is not! The tracking number is not valid!! There has been no response to emails at all. I feel stupid that I did not read reviews first. Please read this and take heed - DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!

I am going to be taking this up with my credit card company as I believe they have acted fraudulently - I am also going to take it a step further than that. Companies like this make me sick and I have had enough of business's taking advantage of sometimes vulnerable people. This is criminal and should be stopped!
