“Unclear / Stole my money ”

I was very pleased with the service at first. The website clearly states the cost of the resume and cover letter (under $2 for each). I produced a great resume and told my friends about the service.
Until I reviewed my credit card statement a few weeks later to find a $60 charge. When I contacted the company by email(not available by phone - got busy signal over and over for hours) they advised me that I was automatically signed up for a monthly subsciption. Apparently this info is stated in the terms and conditions - which is not clear because I would have never agreed to sign up. They also told me that if I want to cancel the subsciption I will need to call to do so. As mentioned, the phone number does not even seem to be valid.
