“never come back again”

I could not give them any star because so bad in customer services. On the black Friday, I did order on their website about 3 items. the sale and payment is successfully completed and they sent me payment confirmed. After few days they send an email said that the error of system and they cancelled the order. I did by online a lot, it never happened with other American website such as Macc'y .com, loft.com ext...
It seems very cheating with clients on the big date of sale, they just attracted people pay attention on their website. When I did call customer services, it took me an hours no one pick up the phone/??
