“Horrible and deceitful customer service”

I made a huge order from Dancedirect in September 2015, over £150 worth of products, amongst which was a dance belt. I called in advance to check their return policy, as it clearly states they do not accept return on dance belts, but since i was unsure about the size i thought i would call and check whether it would possible to make an exception and return the dance belt, before ordering it. To cut a long story short, after purchasing the dance belt and returning it for a bigger size, i was advised on the phone to purchase a new dance belt and to send the one i had already ordered for a full refund. I received the new dance belt, but they refused to refund the old dance belt for hygiene reasons and kept on making allegations that the item is not clean and they do not return dance belts. This was extremely deceiving. I will never order anything from dancedirect ever again. Dancedirect never responds to emails. Shameful for this deceit.
