DO not use flightcatchers.com or even Polani Travels. The people in Hounslow branch are absolutely stupid.
Very rude and dodgy people. They pretend like knowing everything but in reality they seems so un-professional and like illiterate village guys. No idea of how to talk to customers even. They are just trying to take your money and treat you as they don't know anything about your booking and consequences.
Strongly recommend NOT to book flights with them. They are very dodgy. Please book with Airline directly as your money will be in safe hands with airlines directly.
