We were victim of the Boxing Day floods in 2015. Having taken out specific flood cover through this company we are now having to fight for our cover while being out of our home. 3 weeks after the floods we are no nearer being sorted out. A dispute has arisen that we have been mis-sold our policy despite giving accurate information about the location of our property and paying a high premium. We are being left without any help or advice while the insurers take their time arguing between themselves. We gave full accurate information through and paid high premiums which Quoteline Direct provided. In a time of real need have been shockingly let down. Appalling !!!
