Why can't I assign zero stars? (!) American greetings AND Microft can rot!

On Oct 31, I accepted an offer for a 30-day money back trial offer. I cancelled the service three days later by phone (because they require you to cancel by phone). When the charge was not credited, I spoke to "Tiffany", who said, "we DID cancel your service, but you did not ask for a refund" (!!!!!) What I did say is, "now I am cancelling withing the 30-day period so I will not be charged, right?" Woman replied, "I am cancelling now so you will not be charged" She didn't offer that I already HAD been charged. What a slimy organization. The whole process reminded me of troubles I had with MSN internet service. No wonder Microsoft stock has been such a looser!!!!!!
