“Please avoid ”

Redeemed a voucher but weeks later was still waiting for delivery, that's when I had the misfortune of contacting their customer non service.
I received 2 emails on the same day which utterly contradicted each other and in the end gave up on ever resolving the issue. I ended up by requesting they cancel my registration and all contact for the sake of my own sanity.
Wouldn't touch their service with a barge pole ever again.
