This is basically a scam. You can sign up online, you can change your address or credit card information online. But they will not let you cancel your account online for "security reasons". You have to call a 1-800 number and fight with the retarded automated answering system. (It kept asking for my phone number even though I had not given a phone number when I originally signed up.)
