Paid for the 5* service on Friday last week. Firstly the guy tried talking me into upgrading to the 5* plus service for an additional £10, declined as I didn't require the service of that.
Returned to the car a few hours later and it was sparkling under the lights in the dark car park.
Wasn't until we left that we could see they literally shook the mats out and didn't bother cleaning much inside as was still as it was before leaving the car with them. Outside looked ok but could have had a similar result with a £3 drive through car wash.
My 10 year old son had left his wallet in the car with £11.57 inside (he counted his money in the car on route) as he forgot to bring it out to do some shopping. I leant him the money and he said he'd pay me back at the car. Upon returning to the car we found his lego wallet completely empty. Asked the man who we dealt with if he knew where the money was - perhaps it fell out and he put it somewhere safe) and he made out that he couldn't speak english despite having adequate english a few hours earlier when trying to persuade us to upgrade our service! Money was nowhee to be found, was literally in £1 and 50p's so not like it could have vanished.
Bit gutted that someone could take Christmas money off a child, I even left them a tip too :(
