My Cruise 118 concierge was instrumental in finding me a very good priced cruise for Christmas and New Year 2016.

She delivered great customer service, knowledgeable about her field and responded promptly to my questions/querie.

This is the second time I have used this company and am very impressed.

Thanks cruise 118 you have a couple of very happy customers.
