I cancelled membership before expiration of the 30-day free trial period and received email confirmation of the cancellation. Despite cancelling the membership, my credit card was charged the following month. Attempts to contact them at 800-711-4474 (the only customer service number posted)were unsuccessful. It is impossible to speak with someone. I can't help but wonder how many others are charged and fail to notice the charge on their credit cards. Fortunately, I carefully review my credit card statements every month.
