“Little rude man in Snappy Snaps - Aberdeen”

Went into Snappy Snaps today in Aberdeen and was greeted by the rudest little man EVER!!! He has massive issues and has no idea how to deal with his customers.
I wanted to get Passport Photos done for myself, husband and 3 kids and the rude little man clearly wasn't in the mood to help us......in fact he told us he was on his way to the cinema, despite the shop still being open for another 45 minutes.
He looked and spoke to us like we were something he had trodden on and was in no way going to help us.
We managed to get our Passport photos done by a very helpful Photographer in Cults called Quartz Photography who did it for us very late in the afternoon. He was professional and skilled in knowing about the different photo requirements from different countries. I could not recommend him enough. He provides excellent service.
My advice: stay clear from Snappy Snaps. Go to him if you have specific requirements for Passport Photos he will get it spot on for you. Stay clear of Snappy Snaps.
I never wrote a review about any business in my life, but for the treatment I got today I feel I have an obligation to warn other people not to use the service provided by this snappy little man.
I hope the little man in Snappy Snaps didn't get to the cinema after all :-)
