The petrol from this station is far more expensive than most other stations (up to 5p per litre). Since Sainsbury's took over the former Somerfield store we have scene the demise of 3 independant petrol stations. The reason for this demise......they simply undercut the fuel prices that the others were charging......result, the smaller stations could not compete and so went out of business. Sainsbury's now have the monopoly for North Walsham and the surrounding area, as the nearest petrol station is over 6 miles away. Also they frequently have pumps that run out of fuel or unable to supply the fuel. And on top of this there is only one way in and out of this store, which at times causes undue traffic problems.
