I cannot believe how unhelpful and incompetent the people are on Nectar's so called helpline. incorrect information ( i went to a store to use my card as i was told only to find out i cant ), helpline!( ring back in a couple of hours) no help what so ever, how do these companies keep going with this useless service managers that dont have a clue only a friend that promotes them !!
