“Will Not Refund Even With Receipts”

I purchased the Silver Plan 3 months prior to going to Patagonia in November 2015. American Airlines cancelled due to 'pilot cut his finger'; so I was delayed a full day. I had to re-book plane tickets from Santiago to Punta Arenas and hire a driver to get me to my destination to start my trek. I received NO refund for these costs - only the $250 for "trip delay". This company is a rip off. Yes I provided the actual receipts as required, all airline boarding passes, etc. but that was all they gave me. I will NOT use them again and I don't recommend them if you really think you will need to use the insurance. I don't know where they got their other reviews from that Insure and Go puts on their website but I now don't believe any of it and neither should others. Perhaps they wrote the reviews themselves!
