I bought 300€ tickets for Adele in 2016 Amsterdam for a very specific location. The confirmation mail does not mention any location and they can basically place me anywhere they want. When I call the customer service the reply I get is "they have the most trustworthy system and you probably bought tickets without a location". They're actually selling tickets they do not have and do not know if they'll have.
The guy from the call center almost an automated machine telling me nothing went wrong on their side.
