“Helpful service and absolutely beautiful rings”

After months looking in shops for a design that my fiancee likes, we saw a stunning ring on their website. My fiancee just fell in love with it. However it was slightly out of our budget. So we called to ask how we could have the ring customised to fit in our price range. The person we spoke to from their customer service was absolutely brilliant. Very patient and helpful with our demands. We were happy with the advice and placed the order on that basis. We received the ring a few weeks ago and we are extremely happy with it. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring.
